What has been your salary progression over the years as a consultant?
Year over year percentage growth is fine too. I'm particularly interested in post-MBA salary increments over the years as you advance in your career at your firm.

15% YoY for middle of the pack is how our comp system works (MBB). more for high performers (call it 25 or 30% top end)
Here is a helpful link for salary progression (page 7): https://charlesaris.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/Charles-Aris-Strateg…
Thanks for the link. The annual salary figures don't make sense though. Looking at 2011 MBAs, the graph on page seven states that a y.o.y. increase for this cohort is N/A. If the report is treating "2011 MBA" to mean a 2013 graduate, this would be inconsistent with both the starting salary and the existence of a 2012 Undergrad column (would instead be a 2008 Undergrad).
Agreed. It looks like they got undergrad data a year before MBA data. I interpret the first u/g tranche as "starting analyst salary" and the first MBA tranche as "after 1 year and 1 raise."
Another rough guideline for MBB: 5-10% in non-promotion years. 15-30% at promotions. Bonus % starting at 25-35% of base and rising to 50-100% (pre-partner).
