What percentage of people in the final round of BCG Summer Associate interview get an offer?
Anybody know what the percentage typically is? Specifically for bigger offices (NYC/CHI/BOS).
Also curious to know what percentage of people land a final round interview. Are the number of available slots to schedule an interview equal to the number of people that will be interviewing, or can multiple people choose the same slot?

Exactly 23.08% converts to an offer globally per cycle. That's why you want to be in the early cycle. Later cycles have to generally be below 13.85% to meet that quota. Each slot has exactly 2 consultants, no more, no less. However, there's no cap on the number of interviewees per slot. You're just shit out of luck if you're the 3rd guy and you'll have to work for Grant Thornton Actuarial Consulting until the day you die.
I get your instinct to want specifics, but a far better approach is "never tell me the odds."
