What percentage of people in the final round of BCG Summer Associate interview get an offer?

Anybody know what the percentage typically is? Specifically for bigger offices (NYC/CHI/BOS).

Also curious to know what percentage of people land a final round interview. Are the number of available slots to schedule an interview equal to the number of people that will be interviewing, or can multiple people choose the same slot?

Thanks!

Based on the most helpful WSO content, for final rounds like Superday interviews, the odds are generally favorable. Typically, 30-60% of Superday attendants receive offers. However, this percentage can vary depending on the office and the year.

Regarding the percentage of people who land a final round interview, there isn't specific data in the context provided. However, it is noted that less than 20% of applicants typically survive the resume screening or first-round interviews to make it to the final round.

As for scheduling, the context does not specify whether multiple people can choose the same slot or if slots are exclusive. If you’re unsure, it’s best to confirm directly with the recruiting team.

Between 0% and 100% but usually not one of those two numbers

Exactly 23.08% converts to an offer globally per cycle. That's why you want to be in the early cycle. Later cycles have to generally be below 13.85% to meet that quota. Each slot has exactly 2 consultants, no more, no less. However, there's  no cap on the number of interviewees per slot. You're just shit out of luck if you're the 3rd guy and you'll have to work for Grant Thornton Actuarial Consulting until the day you die.

I get your instinct to want specifics, but a far better approach is "never tell me the odds."
