What Should I Be Doing Sophomore Year?

I'm a sophomore at a semi-target level school interested in consulting. My school sends barely, if any, students to MBBs but placement into tier 2 firms is quite good. I'm wondering what should I be doing as a sophomore and what kind of internships I should be trying for this year. I know consulting is mainly full time hires, so they're barely looking for juniors let alone sophomores. I'm not really sure how else I should be building my resume at this point to prepare for consulting since I can't do much in the field until applying for full time.
