What would a tier 2 consulting firm have to offer you to move (from a tier 1)?
Hypothetically and within reason, what would a tier 2 consulting firm have to offer you to move from MBB? Merely a promotion and pay increase?

a big enough pay increase and hours decrease for me to be willing to relinquish possible exit ops i'm giving up in the transfer.
But really it all depends on the person and the firms involved (ie. how much value that person puts on each brand name and how much premium he/she puts on the differences between the two firms)... What about you?
