When does MBB talk about MBA, turnover, etc.

Accepted an offer a few weeks ago to join an MBB office out of ugrad. Now that my recruiting is over, I'm wondering at what point does the firm talk about promotions, career path, MBA sponsorship, percentage of analysts/associates who leave after 2-3 years, etc. I understand basically that the goal is to get MBA sponsorship and come back as a consultant after 2-3 years of work and 2 of school, but that is knowledge gained from reading. So my question is, when does this information come from the firm? When do they tell me what I've actually signed up for -- when is my job first at risk, and how at risk is it? (If there is a great thread on this already, would love to read it; couldn't find it, and honeslty wasn't quite sure what to search.)

Thanks!
