Where to find NON-DIVERSITY sophomore summer 2024 internships for consulting?

I'm a sophomore in undergrad (class of 2026) and I'm having trouble looking for consulting internships online that aren't "diverse applicants only." Even if "minority background" isn't a requirement, most internships I've encountered say that "diverse applicants are HIGHLY encouraged to apply," which to me sounds like it's essentially a requirement. Maybe I'm wrong?
Anyways, I'd appreciate any help/sources.
Theres no requirement that you have to be diverse. Apply and hope for the best I know people who have applied to diversity positions as white men and have gotten an offer.
