I think I like the BCG website the best. It's not just that the green looks good, but the animations they use (the fish swimming outside the fishbowl, etc) are pretty cool as well.
Bain comes in as a VERY close #2 for me. The style Bain uses for their website (with the clean red bar) is the same style they use for their slides when they present to clients. It looks really nice on the eyes.
Booz is a little too pedestrian for me. It's interesting they chose black as their company color. McKinsey doesn't seem to have put much effort into their website either.
You guys need to get laid...

I posted this question because having a clean and maneuverable website is critical. For many prospective clients and candidates, a firm's website is often their first tangible "contact" with the firm - we all know how important first impressions are!
I did not intend for this question to be superficial.
