Curious which firms MBB most often poaches lateral hires from, targeting the 3-5 YOE mark.
I know, for example, Bain hires from Kearney.
How do other T2/Big 4 firms fare? And what about smaller, but respected strategy shops like Simon-Kucher and OC&C?
