Which sophomore internship offer to best prep for summer 2020 recruiting?

Just for context, I'm a sophomore at a semi-target university (on campus interviews from one of MBB and some T2-3 firms, info sessions for many others), double majoring in bioengineering/statistics with probably a 3.85-3.9 by the end of this sem. After recruiting for summer 2019 it seems I have two offers. The first is data visualization for the business/manufacturing of a well-established medium sized biotech company (about $1 billion in revenue) and the second is for ad sales at a major media conglomerate (one of the three-letter ones). In the latter I'd likely be looking at a data analytics/strategic partnerships role. Compensation-wise it's mostly a wash ($20/hour in Bay Area vs $15 in NYC), so which do you think would best prepare me in terms of teeing up for junior year consulting recruiting?
