Winter/Spring recruiting
Are my prospects of landing a consulting job much worse in the winter and spring recruiting seasons? Are there any big consulting firms that specifically do not formally recruit outside of the fall recruiting season?
I'd also be interested in hearing about this...

Seeing as it is officially February, I thought I would go start a thread for everyone hoping for a summer slot at a major consulting firm (our favorites: McKinsey, BCG, Bain... but of course comments regarding other firms are welcome). Does anyone know when we typically hear back about first rounds?
Has anyone heard back from the BCG decision round in Chicago?
