Years of pre-MBA experience for MBB recruiting?
Deferred admits at HSW get to choose 2-4 years as their deferral period. Would two years of unrelated experience suffice, or would post-MBA outcomes significantly improve by extending the deferral period (still with unrelated work experience)?
