4 Years in CF, Turning 30 - How do I Level up now?

I have been working in CF ( Loan Syndication) for 4 years in India and I currently hold an Operation Analyst ( Back Office) role. I think my growth is slowed, and I am looking to move up the ladder.

Which course or certification would you recommend to strengthen my CF knowledge and boost career growth?
Or what should I do next? I am from a non- target college and turning 30 soon, So I want to make right move now.

Any suggestions or insights would mean a lot. Thanks in Advance
