Advice re processes and tools for streamlining news / content identification and consumption

I've spent my career as an investor, having had roles in all of tech private equity, a hedge fund and corporate development. In all roles (albeit to different extents) I had to keep up with market developments, as well as read more broadly to inform my view of the future, aid lateral thinking and non-consensus idea generation. I've always found this work to be highly time consuming, both from a information / content discovery and ingestion / synthesis point of view, making it difficult to do alongside deeper investment diligence.

Do you have any processes or tools you use to streamline news / content identification or filtering, and consumption?

Full disclosure, I'm also experimenting with a tool that can help me with this process (getscout. ai/investors), but still refining my approach to the problem, so keen to learn from fellow investment / deal professionals.
