Banking to FMCG switch
Hello everyone,
I need some advice. I am a Chartered Accountancy student. I have started a 3.5 years training contract at a bank. Initially, I am in Internal Audit departmet, but will be rotated every year. For the other 2 departments I will try for finance and treasury.
After the training contract I want to pivot into FMCG sector. Preferably in FP&A function. Is this possible? How difficult it is? What can I do to increase my chances ?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
