Best resources / reference material on all things capital raising

I’m looking to supplement my lack of raise experience with some heavy self learning to put myself in a competent spot for strategic finance roles where raise prep is needed. Key areas I’d love any thoughts from the hive mind on:

All things equity instruments… not just surface level… but the real nuanced pieces Raise process… typical key stakeholders and gates Types of deliverables developed by corp vs. IB vs. legal etc etc.

Thanks in advance for any podcasts/books or the like! Cheers VaR
