Big 4 FDD vs Capital One FRP vs BoA FMAP

Hey everyone, so I have an offer from a Big 4 firm in their Financial Due Diligence practice, as well as interviews from Capital One and Bank of America in their respective finance rotationals. The pay at the Big 4 is probably a little bit lower than the rotationals, and is in a SE metro.

Everything being considered, anyone have any insight on what the best move would be? Exit ops, pay, culture, etc. Long term, the goal is to move into corporate development/finance/strategy.

I think one of the financial rotationals would help.
