Buy-side industry M&A interview prep

Hi,

I am an engineering undergraduate student, and I have a interview for an internship at a healthcare company's M&A department this upcoming week. The company is growing fast and is very transaction intense (20 acquisitions/year the latest few years), so it seems really interesting to work there.

However, I am not sure what to expect from the interview, or how to prepare for it.

How would an interview like this differ from a "normal" IBD interview at a large bank? Do I need to prepare for very industry-specific questions or should I focus on financial modelling? Etc etc

Thanks,
