Calculating M&A Business Case

Hi everyone!

I need urgent help. I have to prepare a full M&A Business Case including assumptions to make. I couldn‘t find any example. Can somebody tell me how to prepare it. Given informations are only revenue, ebit, additional revenue post acquisition, stable ebit margin post acquisition, due diligence and integration costs, 120m purchase consideration for 100% stake, corporate tax and WACC.

I would be very grateful, if someone could help me.

Kind regards

tartt
