Hello all! I currently work in Risk Management/Credit while also helping with a rather large infrastructure change for the company. At the end of this, each of us would be offered a business analyst role with a shot at a corp dev/corp strat analyst title after 15 months. This would be a rather large pay decrease, but an accelerated path to increases after that initial decrease. I was wondering if this was a risk worth taking? I am not sure what the upward momentum is from this role. Thanks!
