Trying to choose between BB (think JPMC, BAML, WF, Citi) offer vs a regional bank. Both are commercial banking analyst programs.

BB: 65k + 15% Regional Bank: 80k +15%

My goal is to attend a top 20 b-school in 3-4 years.
