Commercial Banking or Fp&a/FRP program

I've often heard these two paths are decent in terms of salary and having wlb but I wanted to compare the two in specific. 

What would be a better path to take in the case of Commercial Banking at JPM vs Microsoft FRP or an adjacent F50  program?
