Conversion rate
Hi so I got an offer for a mid office position as a summer analyst for JP morgan. Basically finance analyst type role. Does any one know conversion rates for mid office type roles? What percentage of interns convert to full time in these positions? Thank you so much. Any insight would be greatly appreciated
