Corp Dev Offer - Advice / Sanity Check

I'm joining a tech unicorn in the Bay Area as a Manager on their Corporate Development team (4 yr YOE + MBA). Salary details below. Can folks working at similar companies provide a sanity check?
Base: 180k
Bonus: 45k
RSU: 250k over 4 years (so total annual is ~$62.5k)
Annual TC: 180+45+63 = ~$290k
Also, how frequent are salary increases and what % do they typically go up by
