Corp Dev superday?
Hey guys I have a super day for a corp dev position at a F100 company next week. It is an entry level position hiring out of college. Anyone have any idea on what I can expect from the super day? I’ve got about a week to prepare.
In my experience, it will be interviews with the Corp Dev team than functional leads who are heavily involved in the M&A process (legal, finance/accounting, operations etc.)
What kinds of questions do you think I’d get, compared to the prior rounds (which were a mix of technicals and behavioral, including a modeling test)?
I'd assume mostly just behavioral, I can't imagine that the general counsel would ask you about indemnities, tipping baskets, collars etc. as an entry level hire.
