I have a final round with a large software company for their corporate development arm. Historically they have acquired smaller companies for tech/talent.
They gave me a week to create a short PowerPoint presentation describing trends in the industry and then asked me to identify an acquisition based on that trend.
Any advice on how to structure this presentation? And where to source Acquisition ideas in a short time frame?
