Corporate Finance Analyst -- Hospitality/Leisure/Gaming Industry -- I need Insight

Hi Monkeys!
Looking for some insight from people in corporate finance. Specifically, Hospitality/Leisure/Gaming company or something similar (Real Estate, etc.) however, I would appreciate any corp. finance backgrounds as well.
I have upcoming interviews for a corporate finance analyst in an integrated resorts and gaming company (Las Vegas) My background is in resorts/hotel operations and my goal is to transition to the finance side.
I know corporate finance is a broad field, but my understanding is that it is centered around raising capital to fund projects (through debt or equity) and/or managing firm metrics. I have some experience in finance taking classes in college. I also have been self-studying real estate finance and have familiarized myself with creating DCF's on Excel (although this position is not a real estate analyst)

Here are two lines of description from the job post that I am trying to work on:
-- Perform financial analyses of special projects, including the creation of complex data models and analytical output that adheres to department standards

-- Prepares and distributes corporate finance deliverables and reports, including daily operating summaries, board operating report, and key business indicators

What kind of financial analyses are typical to know? Especially in regards to the sentences above? By models do they mean DCF? What other ones should I know?

Anything worth mentioning that you think I should focus on? Currently I am just trying to soak up as much information online as I can, and am looking through my previous class work.

Thank you and I would be grateful for your comments.
