Corporate Treasury at a Large F500 to DCM/LevFin - How to make it happen?

Howdy gents,

Was wondering if/how anyone has made the jump from Corporate Treasury at a massive F500 company to DCM or LevFin.

In a bit of a bind and need to take a job ASAP from a failed startup and have an opp for a senior role in Corporate Treasury for a massive operating group that touches many different things (i.e. FX, Commodities hedging, Equity issuances, CRE, etc).

Any success stories or advice on making this type of transition would be dynamite!
