Corporate Treasury Exit Ops?

I'm a recent grad on a capital management team in corporate treasury and am curious about exit opportunities.

While I find the work somewhat interesting, I would like a more client-facing career with a higher ceiling. I'm also interested in financial/capital markets, and while I get some exposure to that in my current role, it's not much.

Some non-treasury careers that come to mind are corp dev, equity/credit research (covering banks), or FIG banking (may be a stretch). Assuming I'm a high-performer, interview well, etc. what are realistic exits without first getting an MBA

Thanks!
