Danaher BOLD 5-Year Rotational/Developmental Program Reputation and LDP vs consulting?

A few of my MBA mentors have said its a phenomenal company to learn and develop leadership skills, but I can't find much about the reputation of the specific program online which is concerning considering it is a 5-year commitment.

Has anyone heard of the program and its reputation? Any insight on its placement into MBA programs and exit opportunities in general? If anyone knows of other Leadership Development Programs (preferably not finance/accounting) that are regarded as the best and hardest to get into.

In my school and fraternity, Accenture is an easy gig to land, Deloitte is doable with a bit more effort. Would you choose an LDP over those 2 firms? For context, my goal is to one day start/run my own company.
