Data science bootcamp - yay or nay?

Hey all,

Just curious on anyone's advice on attending a three-month intense data science bootcamp.

Personally, I worked in ER for almost two years after undergrad and I've been doing some data science on the side for fun over the past few months while working part-time for a small fintech company.

Is the combination of financial projections + data science a strong combo on the corporate side? (i.e. doing analytics/business intelligence and then making PowerPoint presentations with results)

Anyone know of any roles/salaries that this type of background would get in general?
