Debt Financing & Loans Thesis
I need to write a thesis comparing bank loans vs. other similar debt instruments to finance a business. Anyone with more experience in the subject which could recommend me a nice structure, interesting and not so common topics to talk about and additional books to get a more in depth view about the subject?
Also, what would be all the ways of debt finance (beside bank loans, syndicated loans, family loans, crowfunding)?
