Dell vs Capital One Finance Internship/FLDP

Trying to make the decision between Capital One and Dell for my internship next summer (both corp finance roles) - I know they both have solid FLDP programs post grad, but I'm stuck on which seems better.

Capital One

Pros: much better pay (internship @40/hr + 3k signing, full time is around 90k from what I've seen)

Cons: far from home, cost of living more expensive

Dell

Pros: close to home + family + girlfriend (from Dallas, it is in Austin), tech industry, close to UT Austin (in case I want to do part time MBA), cheaper cost of living in Round Rock/Austin, not sure if this is relevant but it will be much easier to get somewhere to stay this summer due to friends at UT Austin

Cons: worse pay (internship and full time, internship @23/hr, full time is around 70k from what I've seen)

Both seem like solid options, which do you guys think is better from a career perspective + MBA perspective? Do you think the pay hit at Dell is worth being close to my family?
