Destroy my Resume Please

I've been out of school for a year now, working as a data/business analyst for a commercial real estate development company. At this point, I am looking for something similar somewhere new and need help/advice with my resume. I dont really know what i'm doing so any advice would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

i would just put eagle scout and get rid of everything else there. if someone wants to ask about your project you can tell him/her. i think these bullets could be more concise.

also i think you should flip these bullet points so that you start them with the achievement - "generated a recovery of over 9 MM to date by implementing due diligence process changes" or "reduced legal costs by $150,000 annually and transaction time by 25% by implementing a company wide database"

Please use the WSO template, after examining your resume, it looks strange, it maybe due to the fact it might be spaced out unevenly. Use the resume template and resubmit it.

"It's okay, I'll see you on the other side"

In my opinion, elaborating on your research and omitting the details of Eagle Scouting would be best. Your Eagle Scot experiences would make a great talking point, but on a resume, I think there are better uses of that space. I would add some bullets about your research though, as that seems pertinent to your career goals.
