Disney Corp Strat/Biz Dev Internship?

Saw a recent posting for the internship on my school's Handshake but the last thread on this was from 2013-ish. From what I've learned, it's apparently a 15-20 person elite team comparable to top BB or MBB consulting? Would like to know people's thoughts on the group and career trajectory / exit opps.

Also hypothetically would people take this over a boutique MM IB internship if you know you want to do media corp dev long term? Or is the pay ceiling and transaction reps in IB still worth it in the short term?

It is the exit...if you're interested, go ahead and apply. There's no real point in discussing what to do if you don't have an offer in hand, much less even an interview. You'll learn way more about the opportunity by actually discussing it with the team (assuming you are even asked to interview) and worst case, you have some interview practice and better insight into media corp dev.

Location and pay. Personally I want to be in NY not LA after graduation and the pay will probably not hit 150k for An1 whereas at MM it'll hit that easily.
