Disney Corporate Finance

Anyone know anything about the Disney financial analyst role in terms of: compensation, benefits, culture, work / life balance, career advancement (i.e., pace of promotion), etc.

Any information would be appreciated!

I know someone who does FP&A for Disney+ but they work at ESPN’s HQ in CT. Not 100% sure what the dynamic is like since Disney lets ESPN operate on it's own for the most part. It might differ slightly by location
