Disney Corporate Finance Team

Does anyone have insight or experience with the Disney Corporate Finance Group? It sounds like they are primarily focused on credit underwriting and structuring the credit facilities used to finance acquisitions. See the description and link below:

The Corporate Finance group is responsible for financing the Company’s assets across all of its lines of business, globally. As part of Corporate Treasury, Corporate Finance is responsible for overall managing overall liquidity, interest rate risk management, the execution of short and long-term financing, managing the Company’s bank and rating agency relationships and handles most project finance and structure finance activity. Recent transactions include the issuance of over $9B of term financings since 2011, the refinancing of Disneyland Paris’ $1.7B external debt with an intercompany loan, managing the $2.5B financing at A&E Television Networks and the refinancing of the Company’s $6B revolving credit facilities.
