Does anyone have any CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software recommendations for Corporate Development

We are currently using excel to store data of client relationships and for project management. The company is planning to expand and we finally got budget approval to adopt a new platform. Unfortunately, we are no Apple or Google so extremely expensive options like Hubspot and Salesforce are out of the question.

Does anyone have any recommendations? Based on what we have researched from Twitter, WSO, Reddit and Quora, Deal Cloud, Affinity, 4 Degrees, Midaxo, Navatar, EquityTouch, Sevanta, Dynamo are some names that we have come across.

Hopefully, we would be able to onboard this platform within 1 month. Heard that Deal Cloud takes about 3 months or so. Thank you.

Those are all fine choices. Just need to demo them and see what works best for your process.

Other options to consider are Capsule, Pipedrive, Copper, Zoho. Also I believe the HubSpot CRM is actually free, it’s just the marketing add-ons that are costly. May want to check it out.

Considering your research from Twitter, WSO, Reddit, and Quora, Deal Cloud, Affinity, 4 Degrees, Midaxo, Navatar, EquityTouch, Sevanta, and Dynamo all seem like solid contenders. However, if you're aiming to onboard within a month, Deal Cloud's longer implementation time might be a concern. Affinity and Midaxo could be worth exploring for their quicker setup and implementation processes.

What is your budget exactly? Salesforce and Hubspot aren't expensive... we pay $5k/year for 5 Hubspot licenses, and Salesforce (based on a quick Google) is as low as $80/user/month. If you guys are making enough money to have a corp dev department, neither of those are big line items.

Other than that, I'd say depends on your sourcing approach. If most of what you all are doing is reviewing bank books, Dealcloud is perfect for that although will be much more expensive than the above. If you all are heavy on outbound sourcing, one of the above is better-tailored for that workflow.
