Fair compensation? Advice needed
Info; current 2nd year BB analyst (will be associate promote in a couple months)
Got a job offer for a Fortune 100 company in the tech sector (not FAANG) for their corp dev senior analyst position based in SF. Position will be on track to be promoted to manager (associate equivalent) next spring. Just wanted to know if the below was fair/market?
Comp would be
base:100k
bonus: 15-25% of base
signing: 30k
stock comp: 6% vests over 3 year (not part lf bonus)
all-in: $140-150k
What does 6% stock comp mean???
6% equivalent of salary goes into company stock that vests over a 3 year period. (so 6k lol)
Base might be a little low but you make up for it with the signing bonus. Expect a jump with a manager promo.
