Financial analyst, what is the salary progression?

What is the salary progression looks like ? For example starting salary , etc. especially in the big city like Dallas , Houston , Boston , etc.

This is fairly accurate for my company. 
 

To someone’s MBA point above, if your company makes it a requirement to be considered a manager but won’t give you a raise/pay for it then find a new company. There’s a lot of MBA focused development programs and, at my company at least, the pay is considerably more than what undergrad rotation analysts get.
