Financial modeling - Bus/Corp Dev (JV, partnerships, etc.)
I was looking for some good resources on financial modeling for Corporate and Business Development scenarios like Joint Ventures, Partnerships, revenue sharing agreements, etc. There seems to be a lot of great information/resources out there for M&A, LBO, and DCF analysis but not too much in the area of development situations and opportunities.
Note: ideally, I was hoping for a Macabacus type resource (something straight foward and comprehensive) but really any suggestions would be appreciated.
