Financial Modeling for Corporate Position
I have a phone interview coming up with a marketing company for a financial analyst position. I do not think the interview will get too technical but I want to be prepared for a face to face interview. One of the the requirements lists financial modeling skills. I have never done financial modeling and my resume does not indicate that I did either. I am just wondering if there is any crash studying I could do in case this comes up in the interview and I could at least sound like I know what I am talking about? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Go to Macabacus and run through some of their simple financial models. The materials here from Wall Street Prep are pretty good too. I used their Oil & Gas materials for some plays my company looked at.
