Are there any programs still recruiting for summer or January 2014 starts? I am interested in working as a financial analyst, and my school doesn't get recruitment for f500 finance programs, we only get CS and engineering, and whenever I ask recruiters about finance, they say they can't give me a finance contact, but will gladly pass my resume to the appropriate person...

Yeah. You're not going to find FLDP at this point. However, a Financial Analyst at a F500 could be possible. FAs are hired as needed, not always on a particular schedule.
From there you can work your way up or maybe transfer into FLDP next year.

I misread the first time, now that I realize you graduated last December an FLDP is even more unlikely.
Get an FA at a good company and start moving up. If you're getting good experiences at your cure t company you could even luck into an SFA in 6-12 months or so.
Where are you located? This shouldn't be overly difficult if you're in a major city.
I actually graduate this December (2013). I have been aiming for FA roles in various cities/states including California, NYC, and Atlanta. I haven't had much luck with HH, and most say SFA is unreachable atm, despite having an MS (non-mba) degree, so I have been targeting both FA and SFA. Fortunately, I have a decent backup (my current job), but there isn't much mobility.
I wouldn't waste your time applying for SFA roles....you need at least 2 years exp to be considered for those.
Also, I don't think HHs are your best resource. You need to reach out to the actual recruiters at companies you are interested in. I don't think/wouldn't expect HHs to be recruiting for entry level positions, rather they are looking for people with 2+ yrs exp at a minimum.

GoIllini is exactly right. You really need at least 18-24 months to be an SFA, regardless of your MS. Also, HH really don't help with entry level positions, it's not worth it for them.
It's great that you have a decent backup, but you're obviously hoping for better since you posed the questions. Keep searching for FA roles. Your best bet will be to search the career sites of F500 companies near you.
I don't know where you're going to school now, but it seems like you're casting your net pretty wide geographically. That's fine, but I'd spend the large majority of your time in nearby areas. If you don't get it through OCR, it is pretty highly unlikely that a company will relocate you for an FA role.
COF has a January Class. Better start emailing.
They probably filled that months ago though. I doubt any big company is hiring people for their FLDP class to start in a month.
There is/are spot(s) in the January class which is why I mentioned it...
Thanks guys, I have been able to get 3 fortune 500 interviews since doing more research and taking advice posted here. Will update more after the break, and hopefully have some tips for others.
