FLDP Pivot - what’s next?

Hello! I am a 28 diverse female graduating from a top 50 defense FLDP. I've done roles ranging from Contracts Negotiations, FP&A, Corporate Dev/Venture Capital (6yrs of exp). Went to a state school for undergrad and trying to figure out what's next for my career. I am interested in B school and pursuing Venture Capital realm outside of my current company. Can anyone share avenues I might not be thinking of or opportunities to pivot in toprivate equity? thanks!

It might help to provide a little more background on your career trajectory. Did you do 3-4 years of work before starting the FLDP, or was the FLDP a 6 year rotation? Since you seem to already have CD/VC experience in-house, are you trying to pivot to a dedicated VC house or just any other VC arm of a company?
