GMDP vs. FLDP
What are the differences between a global management development program vs. finance leadership development program. I understand that FLDP's rotations are solely centered around finance, but it seems like some of GMDP's rotations are as well. Is it that the GMDP gives you an intro to a wider variety of responsibilities?
