Help Name Our New Restaurant Concept

Hey Everyone - I have been a big fan of WSO for a while, I used to have a different username, but even then I wasn't an overly active poster/commentator. I used to work at a boutique IB in NYC, and am now running a small, public restaurant holding company. We currently have two concepts, one in a dense downtown urban setting and one in a large shopping development. We are developing a third concept right now which will be used to go into upscale, dense suburban markets (think Lincoln Park Chicago, Cherry Creek Denver, etc...). All of our meats are smoked, but we are NOT a barbecue joint - think smoked salmon fish and chips, smoked chicken kale salad, with tuna tartare as an app - chic smoked meats, upscale American-fare. Moreover, our bar is a bourbon bar (obviously we have all types of liquor and beer), where we are going to have over 100 bourbon labels on hand. Thoughts on a name? If we use the name I will give the winner a $250 gift card.

Smoked - it's simple and tells the customer what you're selling

edit: maybe Cure or Cured

If you end up in Denver, let me know, I'll check it out/spread the word.

Really appreciate it guys! Honestly the most difficult part seems to be getting it through the USPTO...Will update this once I something is official.
