How do other Media Corporate Strategy roles compare to Disney's?

Just went through a final round on a corporate strategy role at a F100 company, competitor to Disney in media for a Manager role. This is my first experience with corporate strategy interviewing as I'm coming from a relatively small management consulting group part of a huge tech consulting company. How does the prestige and career progression of major competitors fare compared to Walt Disney's group? Will I have similar exit opps and such (buy side opportunities, more corporate strat, HSW MBA opps, etc.)? I'm also in a final round for a Manager position at another large consulting firm (top 10, not MBB, more on operational and performance improvement).

In the long term, I'd like to go into industry and possibly get my MBA at some point, but wondering if the move now to corporate strategy is too early?

Any advice is greatly appreciated, thanks
