Information regarding World Bank and IFC Analyst Programs.

Hi. I am trying to understand the selection criteria for both analyst programs in WB and IFC. Currently I am working in Corporate Banking (SMEs) and only have a couple of months of experience. I live and work in a developing country, member of WB. I see that the programs ask for a maximum of 3 years of experience in ¨Finance¨. I understand that these programs are highly competitive and so I would like to see if anyone has any insights as to what these organizations look for in their candidates.

P.S. I am looking specifically for the Analyst Programs and not the YPP. Seeing as YPP require more experience (specific to project finance, AM, IB, Consulting) and a master´s degree.
