Insights on Wells Fargo Corporate Risk?

Hi, I recently got an offer for a corporate risk development program (master's track) at Wells Fargo. It's a 12 month rotational program that goes through verticals such as market risk, model risk, operational risk, etc. I'll be graduating with my MS in Business Analytics.

The base salary is much higher than the other offers that I have (over 30k more), but it would mean I would have to relocate across the country to Charlotte, NC.

I was wondering if anyone has any insights regarding the career prospects of this role, and also any info on Wells Fargo as a employer too. Even any info regarding risk as a career? Any details regarding WLB, culture, exit opps, etc would be much appreciated.
