Hi Guys, I need professional advise in L/C. Pls read below issue. L/C has been issued to one of Chinese bank. Hence it's confirmed L/C, confirming bank required coverage by 1st rated international bank. So parties (applicant, beneficiary) have encountered charges of issuing bank, confirming bank, covering bank and advising bank. In terms of L/C condition, all banking charges outside of issuing bank country are account for the beneficiary. So is it mean that confirming, covering, advising banks charge shall be borne by the beneficiary ? Which article in UCP 600 can prove ? pls note that confirming, covering, advising bank are located in outside of the issuing bank's country and separately in 3 countries.
