Layoffs Free no Severance
WF new plan track all time in office 8 hours and outside office 8 hours. These are no longer cumulative totals for the week. So in Charlotte people are beating the system coming in for 4 hours leaving doing the rest at home. If this isn't adhered to they will fire for cause in January
